Refund Policy
You have two days from the time of delivery to return your order. We are unable to accommodate your request for a refund or exchange after more than 2 days have passed since you received your product. If one or more of the following requirements are met, an item might be allowed for return during the proper return time.
- delivered with damage.
- There are no add-ons or extra parts.
- What was requested and what was given are two distinct things.
Inspect the return cargo to make sure it contains all of the original price tags, warranty cards, and extras. To process a return, you need a receipt or some kind of evidence of purchase. The cost of shipping is not returnable. Any refund you receive will be less the cost of return shipping.
Depending on where you reside, the swapped item can take longer to arrive. You can reduce your risks by using a trackable delivery service or shipping insurance. We cannot ensure that we will get your returned items.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
You will receive a confirmation email from us after we have received and examined your returned item. Also, we'll let you know if your refund request is approved or rejected. We will start the return procedure if the products pass the quality inspection.
It can take 5-7 days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
